HeyPros for External Users

If you are reading this article, please note that all business conducted between your company and Riparian will be moving to HeyPros.
This means all your work (for both Construction and Repair & Maintenance) will be assigned, bid, managed, and invoiced via HeyPros. Invoices will be automatically sent from HeyPros to AvidXchange for payment under Riparian's standard terms.

Getting Started on HeyPros
Receving your Onboarding Text
You can use HeyPros effectively without downloading the app. However, Riparian recommends downloading one of the native mobile apps for a better user experience.

Getting Work
Bidding on Work Orders
In this insntance, Riparian is requesting that you submit a bid for a work order. Please watch the below video covering that process.
Firm on Price Work Orders
Firm on price work orders are invitations for multiple Contractors to look at upcoming work. However, in this instance, Riparian is not asking for bids on the job. The price in the work order is our firm and final offer for the work.
Instant Booking Work Orders
Instant booking is a first-come-first-serve method of assigning work. The first contractor who accepts an instant book job will receive the project without negotiation.
Completing Work and Submitting Invoices
Once the work is completed, contractors submit photos and invoices directly via HeyPros. Please note that atleast one photo is required before submitting an invoice.
After submitting your invoice via HeyPros, it will automatically be sent to AvidXchange for payment under Riparian's standard terms.
