the intake module it is within intake module on ripos that our property management maintenance team members will intake work orders from our residents we have laid out the intake form to be clean and highly optimized to intake issues while in conversation with tenants, allowing more time to focus on positive customer interaction without sacrificing the data that is most valuable to the rest of the maintenance team (property / unit, description of the issue, location, etc )
