Branching occurs after a newly created work order gets created. Each work order gets created from a line item in a database table in Xano. This table is called the Repair Items Database Table.

If the vendor type from that line item is defined "In-House" then the work order will branch to a platform called, Zuper, to be completed.

If the vendor type is "3rd Party" then the work order will branch to a platform called, HeyPros, to be completed

Zuper provides excellent, real-time clarity on resource allocation, staffing, and progress of work in the Field.

Zuper was chosen as the best solution to revamp our Maintenance department given its customizability, clarity, data flow, and ease of use. It far outperforms AppFolio inherent work order management modules. Specifically, Zuper eliminates the leakage of Work Orders "stuck" between statuses where responsibility becomes unclear and customers and internal team members are left waiting.

To eliminate status leakage, Zuper has been configured with 11 highly specific Work Order statuses which will allow all users to gain insight into the current state of the work requested and who is responsible for delivering on that work.

Zuper is only going to be used for our internal Maintenance management. Any maintenance that is assigned to a 3rd party vendor will be managed in HeyPros
